Warranty Policy

Lake Cycling South Africa warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser. During the warranty period, we will (at our sole option) repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any defective part or product covered by this warranty when it is returned by the original purchaser with proof of purchase.  Proof of purchase must also include the customer’s name.  The repair, replacement, or refund will be without charge except for reasonable shipping, handling, and insurance charges.

This warranty does not cover products damaged or rendered defective due to accident, misuse, abuse, modification, improper repair, water damage, heat damage, neglect, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow instructions for use.

This warranty is void for any/all Lake Cycling products that were purchased through an unauthorized reseller, either in person or through an online sales channel.

Crash Replacement Policy* (Available to consumers only):

The crash replacement policy applies for the first year after your purchase date. Original sales documentation showing purchase date is required, and proof of purchase must also show the name of the original purchaser together with date of original payment.

Claims filed within 1st year of purchase date: 30% discount on a new pair or model that is currently available in stock as confirmed by us. Sale items are not included.
